Refund policy
If you’re not obsessed with your Ela Wear product(s), you can return or exchange any new, unworn items with tags intact within 7 days of receiving your delivery (with date of delivery as day 1). The products for returns/exchanges will be picked up hassle-free by our courier partner from your doorstep.

EXCHANGE

We offer a one-time free exchange for size or style on all non-sale items.

If you exchange for a lower-value item, the difference will be issued as store credit only. If you choose a higher-value item, you will be requested to pay the applicable price difference.
RETURNS
We charge a flat return fee of ₹200 for returns of up to 2 items. For each additional returned item beyond 2, an extra ₹100 per item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you are returning an item that was previously exchanged through our complimentary one-time exchange service, an additional ₹100 per exchanged item will be deducted from the refund amount.
These deductions help cover the shipping and operational costs incurred by us in processing returns and exchanges.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (On Request)
- We offer same-day delivery in Mumbai and next-day delivery to select cities.
- Express shipping is chargeable and available on prepaid orders only.
- WhatsApp/Email us to request express shipping after placing your order.
CASH ON DELIVERY(COD)
We provide COD as a payment option on all orders across India. On all COD orders, flat ₹100 for upto 1KG and ₹200 for above 1KG will be levied in the checkout page. COD charges are non refundable in case of returns.

Exchanges and returns are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your package, subject to a quality check before dispatching the exchange or issuing refund or store credit.
- All damages or faults must be explicitly reported at the time of raising a return request combining all exchange and return request in 1 request.

Return(s)/exchange(s) is only accepted for items that are new, unworn, and in original packaging. Items with stains, odour, dirt, perfume, or any signs of wear will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

All Sales items on our “Sale” page are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. The refund to sale items will be as store credit only with the validity of 6 months.
Please note, refund for returning sale and non-sale items from same order will be refunded as store credit only. -
Coupon HOT15 is a bundle offer & is valid only on orders with 2+ items. If you return items and keep only one, the retained item will be billed at full price and the refund will exclude the applied discount.

If a return pickup cannot be completed by our logistics partner for any reason, you may be required to self-ship the item(s) to us. In such cases, our standard return handling fee will be waived, and your shipping cost, up to ₹200, will be reimbursed as store credit after successful receipt and quality check.
- We work Monday through Friday from 8 am till 5 pm, excluding gazetted holidays; Please allow us 24-48 hrs of time to respond over any channel.
